Our academy exists to provide Yorkshire’s most talented rugby players with the environment and support they need to become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the pitch. We’re proud to be the only licensed academy in the UK to support players with a route to premiership and international rugby, meaning our pathways don’t feed into a specific team, creating more opportunity for success.

Every player that demonstrates elite level potential deserves the chance to work towards a premiership or international rugby career. This is why we exist. Following the RFU rugby development pathway, we’ve structured our academy to accelerate a player’s journey to elite level rugby and prepare them for a professional career.

Our pathways ensure that all academy players have access to structured support, coaching, and opportunities to grow within the game. As players grow through the pathway, they learn about themselves as a player, person, athlete and member of their rugby family.
